Where does the satellite data come from?

Orbital elements come from publicly available SpaceX and satellite-tracking data. Positions are computed on your device in real time — what you see is where the satellites are right now.

Does the app track my location?

Only if you allow it, and only to show your own spot under the constellation. Your location never leaves your device.

Why does the satellite count change?

Starlink grows every week. The app refreshes its dataset regularly, so counts move as new satellites launch and old ones deorbit.

Which devices are supported?

Space runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
